He is an MBA (Finance) and a law graduate (LL.B). Further, he holds Masters degree in Commerce and a PG diploma in Development & Investment Banking. Sri Kumbhat is also a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He is immensely interested in the issues relating to banking, finance, consumer protection, Right to Information Act, etc. and has been instrumental in getting successfully resolved several consumer problems relating to various goods and services. He has been rendering consultancy services in resolving the issues relating to banking matters.

CHARGES
As an introductory offer, we shall render the service FREE OF CHARGE. However, nominal out of pocket expenses towards handling, , typing, postage, etc. shall be payable by the user upfront, which are fixed at Rs.199/- per case.

Ø Just tell us in detail about your grievance about the product or service through e mail or telephone..
Ø We take up the matter with the senior officers of the company about your complaint.
Ø If it remains unresolved, we examine the strengths of your case and chalk out further course of action for redressal.
Ø And if the matter is not settled despite all the efforts, we help you file complaint before the respective consumer disputes redressal forum or the other appropriate forums.
