SAMAADHAN is a forum established by a highly qualified banker, Sri  P.C. KUMBHAT,  who has got  a rich experience of about 39 years  in the field of banking. He is an MBA (Finance) and a law graduate (LL.B).  Further, he holds Masters degree in Commerce and a PG diploma in Development & Investment Banking.   Sri Kumbhat is also a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).   He is immensely interested in the issues  relating to banking, finance, consumer protection, Right to Information Act, etc.  and  has been instrumental in getting successfully resolved several consumer problems relating to various  goods and services. He has been rendering consultancy services in resolving the issues relating to banking matters. 

 Sri Kumbhat  has effectively used the RTI Act in securing the information from the concerned authorities as a tool to make the functionaries discharge their duties , as also getting them penalised for delays etc.
